Question about bi-light hood heating and bulb wattage sizes

After much consideration, I've decided to use a dual incandescent light fixture to heat my 29 gallon crabitat. I am looking at this fixture: ESU Bi-Light. I am looking at this sun-glo bulb and this moon-glo bulb. I don't know what wattage of bulbs that I should get. Right now I have the 29 gallon tank set up with no crabs in it. (They are being housed in the 10 gallon ISO) I keep the temperature in my house between 71-73 so the tank is staying right around that reading as well with no heating at all. Humidity is kind of high at 83%. I'm not sure why it's so high, unless it's because the EE is still so damp (just damp, can't squeeze any moisture out of it) from just being mixed up (I used a gallon of salt water to moisten 2 bricks to make about 4 inches of substrate in the tank). I really want to stay away from a UTH if at all possible.I am going to have 2 corner bubbler bowls (one salt and one fresh) and a moss pit in the tank once I get it all set up, so I'm not too worried about the lights bringing down the humidity too much. What wattage of each bulb do you think I should get? I really want to do this right.I want to get everything set up quickly, as I think my hermies might need to molt soon and I'd rather them do it in the main tank. Here is a picture of the tank The corner shower caddy in the right corner is serving as a shell shop. It has river pebbles in the bottom to make it more shallow and the shells are laying on top of them. The Cocohut will go underneath this, but right now it's in the 10 gallon tank with the crabs. The shower caddy on the left side is going to be a moss pit. I've got river pebbles in it as well to make it more shallow and I'll be filling it up with sheet moss for humidity reasons. Underneath it is a corner basking platform, but it's going to eventually be moved somewhere else (maybe next to the cork bark) as I plan to put my bubbler bowls in the left front and back corners when I get them. I have a flukers groovy jacuzzi in there, but I bought it before I found the corner bubblers and I'll probably take it out. I'll also probably add one or two more vines like the one on the left side. Also, I'm looking for a piece of driftwood to put on the bottom level for them to climb on and hide under. I've only been doing this since March 15th when I adopted three medium-large hermit crabs not realizing what I was getting myself into, but I'm trying to learn everything I can so that I can make the best crabitat for them.
