Going away for three days what instructions should I leave for pet sitter.

I'm leavening for two and a half days and am new to crabs I know the basics but what instructions would you leave for taking care of crabs. Thanks for any help your willing to give.

Leave jugs of water out and marked salt water, fresh water. Tell them to change the water, leave food in a baggy enough for each day your gone, if you have dry foods that is perfect. If not put in baggy leave note food in frig and make sure they can see it. Tell them to dump the food in the trash , wipe out the dish replace with food in baggy. Make sure lids are closed. I have 2 lights a moon glow and the light when I am gone I leave the moon glow on leave the 'reg light off. Clean tank out of poo before you leave, change water to. If you have worm castings and scuttle bone that can stay in there for long time. I'm going camping this weekend and also need to have my kids check on my crabs. I have a deep water dish and I change mine about every 3 days so I just need to have them to be fed, I have some dry leaves, I will pop some poop corn for them to and grind up some walnuts.

P.s. my crabs are big that's why I have deep large bowls for water. If you crabs are small use a shallower dish
