I looked at the ingrediants and yes, this food is safe for hermit crabs.

This product seems to be okay though it still lists Ferrous sulfate which is an ingredient of questionable nature and safety because it offers no nutritional value to the product and is often times used just as a preservative or filler.I would highly suggest not offering this product more than once a week.
