Very sad day today

Pepper, my first hermit crab, died just shy of her 10th birthday. She and Matador have been sick for a couple of weeks, but while he has been getting better, she's been withering. The last thing she did was eat honey out of my hand, and passed away while I was still holding her. I'm going to miss her badly. I've had a lot of crabs come and go, but for the last decade, she was the "rock." I might actually cry.
