new member and hermit crab owner here

Hi, just wanted to introduce myself! My name is Kelly and I am the proud new owner of two hermit crabs, Renegade and Miz Biz. I look forward to getting to know all of you and hope this forum will be helpful to me as I raise these little guys!

do you need help with your picture? it says picture of you, but doesn't have it. if so, then take it off your phone or camera with a hard drive, then come back here, go to your name, click edit profile, click edit avatar, then go to custom avatar, it will take you to your desktop. you click on it and say yes to where it asks the question and soon you'll have your picture, hope this helps!

I'm pretty sure they're Coenobita clypeatus (Purple pincher).

And thanks for the advice on the picture, I tried to do it on my phone but I guess it doesn't work on phones. I'll have to put the picture on when I can get to a computer I guess.

Welcome. Read as much as you can there is a lot of good info at the top of every forum and in the archived library. Feel free to ask any questions if you can't find the answer too or are confused about.

Hello and welcome to the forums and the family here at LHC.com.If you have any questions please feel free to ask as that is what we are here for.Again welcome to the forums and the family.As for the phone question I don't our site software will allow for mobile uploads of pictures unfortunately.We are using an older piece of software from the early 2000's thats just not as up to date as we would like but thats something our host controls not us so we really don't have much we can do about it.As far as I know the only way to post a profile picture is to go through your computer but as I'm currently seeing a profile pic for you I don't think you need any further help with this.lol
