HCA: Hermit Crab Association

Hello, LHC! I'm sure most of you won't remember me but I was a member here from about 2003-2005 (same username) when I had a lovely hermit crab setup. It's WONDERFUL to see this fantastic site still going strong. I had NO idea how to properly take care of hermit crabs before I found this site. Since, I've educated many friends and pet store employees on these wonderful creatures proper care. Hermit crabs have always had a special place in my heart and in the back of my mind. My girlfriend and I have decided we are going to start a small 'family' of Geosesarma (vampire) crabs. While I realize this is a land hermit crab site, I always found useful information here... Especially advice on tank setups! Who knows? Maybe I'll get a LHC setup going again too! I just wanted to introduce myself to this forum (again) and THANK YOU for the years of support and advice! -xmonster

Welcome back xmonster! Glad this sight helped you! It helped me a lot, and I'm sure that even though you don't have land hermits, it will still help you. If you ever need crab help or have crabby questions, this is always the place to go. So, again, welcome back!
