HCA: Hermit Crab Association

I have this little hermit crabs who ALWAYS goes under to sub.. Is he always molting or is he just being a crab? He's about the size of a quarter. Also, I have a bigger one Majestic love who's been down under for a week now, I'm quite worried, is she molting? If so, this would be her first molt with me. Or did she die?

Mine are generally under to molt around 4-6 weeks. Some of the tiny ones go every couple weeks. So, I would not worry about the larger one who has only been under for a week. The smaller one could be molting, could just be destressing or could just like digging.
