I know getting bugs sometimes is normal.I got new sand and cleaned everything ect, but ....water don't kill the bugs in there toys and wood. What would be a safe way to do it without bleach. or can I use bleach.

Stick the stuff in a plastic bag and put it in the freezer for 48 hours. That should kill any bugs that may be in the wood. Good luck!

I read that you can bake the wood. You can wash the toys in very hot water with soap as long as you rinse like crazy to make sure ALL traces of soap are removed. That should kill the bugs. Bleach seems kinda risky to me but I remember reading where someone bleached choral to remove algae, and gave it ample time (like a week) for the bleach to evaporate after washing. Please don't rely soley on my advise, though. Maybe someone will confirm this (or have a better suggestion).

Very diluted bleach is okay to use -- I have used it to take care of a mold outbreak. Just be sure to rinse well, and to let everything air out for several days, until you can no longer detect the "bleach smell".
