TERMITES, what do I do with my crabs?

I am very worried. I just recently found out that we have termites. Terminix is coming over tomorrow. They said that my crabs and bearded dragon will be fine, but I don't believe them. Has anyone ever had anything like this happen before? Any advice?

TERMITES, what do I do with my crabs?

I want to say they might be right but fear for the hermies prevents me from doing so. We had termite treatment years ago and what they did in our case, don't know if it differs from situation to situation was to treat around the outer perimeter of our house as well as go around the inner basement perimeter, drill holes in the concrete, feed in the spray and plug the hole with a filler. They didn't have any kind of spray, it was all directed right into the ground and I don't recall that it had an odor or that I had to do anything with my dog at the time so they might be right. I would seal their tank but good for the day and close off access to whatever room they're in with a door and a towel across the bottom.

Spay or neuter your pet. It's a matter of life or death.

don't sweat it honey. Termites are really frequent here in texas (your house WILL get them here at some point), and what Crabby Abby described is what they do. Thier will not be anything harmful to inhale... or they'd have moved you/let you know. they don't want the liablity of dead pets, trust me.
