Dish soap for cleaner?
Hello! Is dish soap in general okay for cleansing hermit crab accesories and dishes? More specifically, could I use a cleaner that is 1/2 de-chlorinated water, 1/4 vinegar, and a few drops of dish soap? If the dish soap is okay does it have to be Dawn brand?

I use vinegar and water and allow the items to air dry. No dechlorinator needed, as the chlorine evaporates.

I have never had trouble using dishsoap or a dishwasher for hermit supplies. Been doing it since 2009. Just make sure to rinse well!

I throw all of my crab's dishes into the dishwasher, including clam shells.
