Magnaturals?

Post by Kermie16 » Thu May 19, 2016 8:43 pm

I'm considering adding some magnaturals for my tat. I know they are frequently used in tats for reptiles. Has anyone had any experience with them and also are they safe for the hermies?

Safe. I have some in my crabitat, really nice addition at stepping stones to my larger second levels. Hold up pretty well to the humidity too, so far no problems with them.
Plus on 6mm glass (I think its around 1/4 of an inch) the magnets work great.

Ok great!! Thanks!! I went ahead and ordered the small sizes since my tank is only 20g. Giner13, they are foam shaped ledges that look like natural stone and they attach to the glass via extra strong magnets. They seem a bit pricey but curiosity got the better of me!! One of our hermies really is craving more climbing toys and I thought if I added a couple of those with some extra vines , it might help his climbing urge :D Here is their website http://pet-tekk.com/index.php?option=co ... Itemid=107
I can now see why crabbers end up with storage boxes of tank decor! Apparently I'm in that category!! :D

Or you can buy any type of light but sizable feeding tres or water pools from petsmart or whatever and purchase the glass suction cups. Make it for cheaper!
