Re: My Isopods!
@Giner13 I have been showing my coworker the progress of the chia and she said "yes, Crabbycakes, that is what 8 year olds like chia pets so much." Well I like most things 8 year olds like so it is fitting
The chia in my tat is growing much slower than in my isopod tank. The only thing I can think of is my isopods are kept in the dark and I know at first plants grow faster in the dark because they are looking for the sun.

Re: My Isopods!
Looking good! I have to admit I've grown just as attached to my little "podlings" (lol) as I am to my crabs.

Re: My Isopods!
I have a bunch of baby isopods running around. I am not sure when to put them in with the crabs. Maybe wait so I can have a few generations to get the breeding going? Any insight?
I have one very large (compared to the others) isopod and I named him Chris. He is chill. He seemed like his name would be Chris. I took a photo to post I realized it looked almost identical to the last photo I posted. Nobody has time for that.

Re: My Isopods!
That's a little too much roly poly for me! I am expecting a shipment of 16 zebra roly polies soon to add to my tat. I am hoping they will help with tat maintenance and critter control. Just a bit worried that they would escape since I have tubings from my bubblers and cords from my fan and hygrometer coming out of the hinged glass top. Anyone with experience with that?Orangeguy wrote:
