Busy little crabs
Re: Busy little crabs
They also make shower ones- just an idea. They stand up to the humidity a lot better.

I couldn't tell ya, I usually find them online. It would probably depend on the store you are at. :/ You would think they would be together though right? At least that would be my assumption.

Re: Busy little crabs
Yeah you would think but when I go in target I do not see any shower related ones with the rest of them. So I'm thinking either they do not have them or they are located with the rest of the shower related item.

Re: Busy little crabs
Oh, thank you so much daws409! I actually have some of those in my kitchen drawer. I hadn't remembered the brand name, though. So i'm surprised that this kind of tape will stick to glass. I'll follow the instructions by cleaning it with rubbing alcohol. I imagine since I'm not spilling any into the tank itself and if i leave the top off to air it out, the fumes will dissipate soon enough. And 'check' on your suggestion to not use the metal hooks because of rust problems. I'm starting to notice that my grid top is rusting; because I keep it covered with plastic wrap.
daws409 wrote:Command strips are basically hooks that attach to wall, glass, or plastic using double sided tape. When you want to remove them, just pull excess tab down and comes right off leaving no sticky residue or nail/tack holes in walls. You can find them in clear and white and in all sorts of sizes. They're located at Wal-Mart, Lowe's, dollar stores ... All in hardware section.
