It's made by the Douglas toy company. They make beautiful stuffed creatures. I found this one on Amazon for 12.99 I think. No more than 20$

Santa got the same one for my daughter to go with her gifts certificate so she can go pick out her real ones. I also got her a very cute crocheted one with changeable shells
