That's understandable. I was very careful when changing things out for Peanut while Jack was down. But it all turned out fine

It'll be okay...patience will be rewarded with beautiful colors, and hairy legs with black pointy tips . Oh the things we look forward to!

My tiny crab leonardo, smallest crab I've ever had, took 3 months to do his molt  and he was just fine :)
2 small PPs: Leonardo, Biscuit
3 medium to large PPs: Kermit Rocketson, Lulu, Strawberry (named because he is red, not actually a straw)
1 Neon Tetra: Stevie. 1 Crawfish: Larry
R.I.P. Larry, Crabby, and Hermie (all PPs) O'mally (Neon Tetra) John Cena(Crawfish)

Here's little Sunny, I had adopted him and her other hermit crabs from my best friend. Ironically he has the same name as my horse Image

Congrats on the successful molt  Weirdest thing is that he looks just like my little one, biscuit. She even has an almost identically colored shell as yours does
