i don't see a way to paste a photo

This site cant host images, so you need to put a picture on a third party site (eg. Facebook, Tumblr, imgur, Google image, etc.), copy the url of the photo in that location, then hit the 'Img' button at the top of your post reply box.

[img ] [ /img]

^ this will appear. You paste the image url between the [img] brackets.

Ta-da! You have a photo in your post.
