Are these plastic plants safe?
My mom has these plastic vines from hobby lobby here, and she said I could use some of them, are they safe? They're plastic. Can I boil them for like 20 seconds to clean them?

Plastic plants are fine! no need to boil them- just rinse in dechlorinated water

Just make sure to run your fingernail across a few leaves to check for paint. Some are made using colored plastic and are actually using the same molds as ones made for pets, but I found many in the craft stores have also been painted to give them more depth. Those should be avoided!

I'll mention that you may find boiling will equate to 'melting' the plastic.
