New pools!

Post by platypuskid2 » Fri Nov 24, 2017 4:56 pm

Image I got inspiration to build these from I picture I found on Google. In the past my crabs have been scared of bubblers but we'll see how they like these new pools

the ramps are the lids of the boxes cut down with gravel hot glued to them

Those look great! Please know that hot glue usually doesn't hold up very well in water. Most people use aquarium glue. What kind of storage containers did you use? I really like them! :)
Truly blessed to have incredible creatures, wonderful friends and my amazing family in my life!! I'm very thankful & grateful for all of them! www.thehealthyhermit.com

I'll keep that in mind, it was a pain just trying to get them to stick. The containers are just plastic boxes I picked up cheap yesterday from Menards, the plastic is pretty thick and it was a challenge to cut the lids down to size to use as ramps.
