Fresh honey

How long does organic honey stay fresh once opened? Is there no expiration?

As long as it is stored in a cool place (room temperature is fine, just don't keep it right in a window) with the lid tightly closed, it has no expiration date! It may crystallize after some time and be less easy to work with, but it is still completely safe even if this happens.
