So my oldest crab just came up from molting and his legs are all deformed. Some are bent in odd ways, and another is way too long. He also seems to get in shells way to small for him! Otherwise he seems to be doing normal crab stuff and his deformities don't prevent him from climbing or hogging the food dish from his tankmates.
Should I be worried about his health, or will this fix itself after the next molt?

Re: Bad Molt - Deformed Crab!
If his next molt goes well he should be able to recover. Damage is cumulative with these guys, another bad molt and he is not likely to survive.
Do you have any idea what might have disturbed him? There is a very small window of a few hours to maybe a half day where they are soft enough that deformaties like this can occur. When a crabitat has enough moist substrate of the proper type the likelihood of multiple damaged limbs is exceedingly rare.
