Odd question... but where did you source those nerites shells?
(Been looking for some nerites for my aquariums, and cant find any for sale... currently. So reason of my odd question.)

One of the people on the Facebook site sent them to me. I will try and find out where she got them from.

Chowing down in some capsicum seeds. Did hope they would sprout but I don’t think they will get a chance. 13 mths old now. This is one of the smallest ones

I know it’s more accurate to measure inside but these are full of baby crabs. Image they are growing so much. They will soon be looking for these monster 11mm shells I’ve just added to the tank. 13months and I’m pretty sure I have 6. I saw 4 at once last night.

Yesterday I found two shells at the beach. They are huge compared to the ones the babies are in now. I put them in for climbing on etc. Last night one was moved so I moved it back to where I’d put it. This morning it was gone again. Just now I discovered why!!! This is one of my babies looking right at home in this huge shell. See the other crab beside it for comparison of size. The crab in this huge shell was in one roughly the same size as the dark striped one.

Eeeeeeeeeee! The cuteness!

Your tiny crab is very intrepid. He is clearly going places in the world.

I sent some time today taking the 10mm shells out (Obviously they are not big enough) and adding some 12-15mm shells. THEY seem HUGE but that's the size of the shell this baby selected.

SOO wrong there with this comment. They totally by passed the 11/12 mm shells and have gone straight to 14/15mm   :cheer:

10mm shell to 15mm in a single change. No wonder they were ignoring the 11/13mm options I had in there. 2nd one changed today. ImageImage

Old shell on top new shell size on bottom. This one was one of the 15mm shells I put in the same dish the crab picked one from.
