He is definitely cutting teeth, so in another week it'll be uncomfortable. Image

I brought him downstairs last night for some cuddles before bed. Gracie gives death glares but seems okay. Elda the flower child doesn't notice him. Mao had an absolute breakdown, which I was sort of surprised by since she can't really see and he was being quiet. She freaks over new things though.

Also got a third poop out of him. Image His big belly is finally starting to go down, which is great because I am worried his back legs arw bowing too much. The canned KMR also came from Chewy today so I started mixing that with the powdered which should help. The powder tends to bind them up but the liquid makes it too loose. Mixing the two is a happy medium.

He is just so happy all the time. I feel like an idiot I am grinning so much. :cloud9:

Gosh, I feel like a goober because I grin uncontrollably at those stinkin' pictures!!!!!! Don't worry Mama bear - you of all people should know kittens are clumsy and goofy looking. His legs will work out - maybe they are just too long for him right now :) I agree. Neither of the formulas are the greatest. If I had to choose though, I always went with the powder. The canned was way too thick. Plus the powder was way more cost effective. Keep up the great work!!! :cloud9:

It's like he shot up overnight. He doubled in weight since we got him home. He cut all his teeth in a single day. He can bumble really fast now! And he is fussing over the bottle something awful.

I kinda don't want to say it for fear of looking stupid, but look at his ears. Look at that curl! Mayyybee he is more than just a Heinz 57? The suspense is going to kill me!

I do clean his eyes! He's just a grubby little boy and they get dirty again quick Image And my other half is great with him but keeps forgetting to wipe his face and chest after feeding so I am having to constantly pick out formula crust. Once that stuff dries nothing gets it out again.

He has Vulcan ears. I am hoping he grows out of it since the mutation that causes folded ears causes so many other major health problems, but omg he is just the cutest right now!! ImageImage

OMGosh I swear he looses kitten fur every time I see him!! He is just the cutest little bug!!!! I wouldn't get any work done with him around!!!

LOL - He does have Vulcan ears!!! It is definitely more pronounced in the second picture!!! HILAROUS!!!! They can still stand up. He's a growing boy mom ;) Don't be a worry wart!

I'm just teasing you about those eyes - kittens are messy! ;)

Gracie's eyes were always so messy when she was little I swear I was cleaning them a dozen times a day. She is five years old now, and she still makes me clean her eyes for her. I swear she'd poke her eyeballs out on my nails if I let her! I also get woken up to her rubbing her eyes into my fingers. Image I do not want another cat learning that is okay.

I still can't figure out if he is going to be long or short hair. I suck at that sort of thing. I thought Gracie would be a short tortie and she is a silky long hair brown tabico. I thought for sure Mao would be long hair and she has the shortest sleekest coat!

Anyway, utter cuteness for today

:cloud9: :cloud9: Whenever I open this thread I look at all of the pictures. They just melt my heart!!! :cloud9: :cloud9:

Look at those nails out!! He's a playful little bug now...huh?! Yikes!! Between the nails and the teeth I bet he's feisty!

Funny about Gracie!! You are momma though, and normally momma runs away in the wild...You are around, so why can't you do that for her? Your nails feel better than her paws ;)

Thank you for my daily cuteness overload!! :)
