Finally moved our stuff over to the new place!! Now we just need to get the floors finished and we can move the crabs over. First pic is a lot bluer than the real color, second pic with the boxes in it shows the colors better.ImageImage

Thanks! I have a vintage yellow formica table that will go in that room as well. I want sheer curtains, I'm thinking either pink (possibly with shiny silver stars) or coral.

Cant wait to get the crabitat set up! It feels so far off still :/ gotta wait for my guy to finish redoing the floors so I'll probably be moving the crabs over around 9/3

Ok so naturally this is taking me longer than I hoped it would and I really want to take the time to do this right. I've made 2 panels so far, just have to attach the platform(s?) to them and then I think I'm going to call it a night. I realized I have some basic supplies here (heat mat, food, fresh/salt water, hides, etc), so I'll set them up with paper towel in the unfinished tat tonight just to give them a little break from roughing it, then finish the build tomorrow. What do u guys think of this layout? I'm really liking it! There will be a couple more coconut hides piled in the corner, stage left.Image

So the gang has been upgraded from a crabby motel to a crabby presidential suite! This should hold everyone in relative comfort overnight. Put the newbies in, everyone seems to be getting along so far, they've already changed shells like 5 times now lol.

Man it feels good to see them in this tank! Even with the 2 new additions its really so much more space than they had before.

Looks great! How deep is your substrate? It's hard to tell from the pictures.

Right now theres no sub bc the tank isn't set up yet! Its gonna be done tomorrow, I just set them up in some temporary digs overnight since the crabitat at the old house has been broken down. Theres currently paper towel on the ground which I misted to create some humidity. I'm planning on 10/11" of sub.

I'm jealous of all the climbing and digging room your crabbies are going to have! If all my crabs weren't molting right now, I'm sure they'd give everything 2 claws up.
