I have multiple shells to choose from and I will definitely be ordering more after this. One of my larger crabs dug up a smaller crab who appears to be in a larger shell than his size and she began shaking the other crabs shell and I heard them chirping. The crab wouldn’t let go of the other crabs shell until I finally got a chance and removed it and placed in a shell shop basket with other shells to choose from and I put the other crab back in its hole in the substrate and made it a little deeper and put a log over top of it. The crab who started the fight is currently checking out all the other shells I have so we’ll see what happens. I’m definitely going to be ordering even more after this incident. Is there any precautions I should take for the night while I sleep? I don’t want the crab to dig up the other crab again or any other crabs in the tank. This is the first time i’ve seen this happen.

Do you have more crabs in the tank other than these two?
You may have to keep one in iso for a while.
