Yes, you can offer that, though I would imagine it’d be cheaper to buy a few of those ingredients separately if it’s just for the crabs.

That works, too. I’m not a fan of brine shrimp since it has so little nutrition (exception: freshly hatched baby brine shrimp), but if it’s mixed with spirulina and vitamins I think it’s fine as an occasional treat.

Can I feed this?

@JoeHermits mentioned baby brine shrimp having more nutrients than adult brine shrimp.

Wonder if brine shrimp eggs are just as or more or less nutrient packed as baby brine shrimp.

I’m betting it’s more or equal.

Edit: btw thanks Joe!

They’re probably really similar, as you suggest, but the eggs have a tough outer shell that’s difficult to digest.

If you want to offer eggs, look for the decapsulated kind. They won’t hatch, but the shell is removed so they’re more digestible.

Can you feed hermies pita bread? I am obsessed with it, and wanted to know if I could share it with them? What are some things that you and your crabs love? Maybe I'll give them a try!

Whole grain pita is fine, but keep an eye out for preservatives.

How about white bread pita? I'll check the ingredients. Any suggestions for crabbies that humans like too?
