Screen cover losing humidity

I have a screen cover and need to cover it up so the humidity stays can I use newspaper and if not what other objects

Saran Wrap is good just use that on top. A lot of People d ok it and it works well. I don’t think news paper will work but I don’t know for sure

I agree, newspaper is likely to soak up moisture and could fall apart. Saran wrap or plastic bags taped down (like ziploc) could work.

dont have saran wrap, foil as an alternative?

Tinfoil could be used in a pinch, but could be potentually reactive with any salt moisture. I'd try and line the lid with a plastic bag before resorting to foil... but yeah, I think works as a blanket solution.
