2 Story- suction cup corner piece?

I've seen several people with suction cupped shower cabby/soap storage as a second level for hermies. Where did you call get these? I can't seem to find any that aren't super expensive.

Or any other ideas for an inexpensive second story?

You can find them in most grocery stores in the bathroom/cleaning suuplies area, same with dollar stores. But just know the cheap ones have pretty crappy suction cups.
