I have yellow mushrooms growing in my coco fiber. ARE THEY SAFE TO LEAVE IN THE TANK?

They seem to be harmless, but I always remove them. They tend to spread if allowed to set spores!

Those look like leucocoprinus birnbaumii. Theyre common in house plant soils. I would remove them though as their wiki pages says “The fruit body is mildly poisonous, if consumed in large quantities.” Just to be on the safe side!
