Well I have had my fist successful molt. Mr. J has been under since I set the 29 gallon tank up on and changing out of the nasty painted shell back on Sept 2. Seen him up last night and ended up having him crawl onto my hand, then looking at him closer he had nice sharp pointy hairy legs. Where he didn't before, he also looks to be a bit larger as he fits in the new shell better then before he went under
Granted Mimzi who came up a couple weeks ago may have actually been my first successful molt, though I cant remember if Mimzi had the sharp pointy legs before going under, though Mimzi was under for about a month before being seen above the sand.

Congratulations! It's always so scary when your crabs go under. I'm so glad Mr. J is okay! Same with Mimzi.
