so i desperately need a new heating pad since I live in a very cold state, but ultratherm/flukers is sold out. (at least, for my price range and tank size) Ive been looking through amazon for quite some time and this brand seems to be the only one i can find for my price range/size
https://www.amazon.com/iPower-7-Inch-Re ... B076FKX9JC
(8 x 18)
Is this a good brand? Is there another that I can look for?
another quick question, I think I need more substrate, how much should I use for a 20 gal with three hermits?
thank you!

Not familiar with that particular brand so I’m no help there, but...
Sub should be 6” deep or 3x as deep as your largest crab. Size of tank itself doesn’t matter. I say the more sub the better as long as you still have room on top for climbs!
