Would this light be okay to turn on at night when I want to spy on my crabs? It's an led aquarium hood I was given, the packaging gives the exact wavelength and I don't know anything about that stuff. Maybe you guys will lol

Fine to view at night, but once finished best to turn off as its still rather bright.
