OK so I have one crab that buried itself while we were gone on vacation, but didn't notice until I put the 2 I got while I was on vacation in with my original 2. Now one of my new ones have disappeared. Should I be worried?

What's your substrate depth? As long as you have plenty of sand castle consistency sub to dig in I wouldn't worry.

Worry won't help. Just wait and see, and remember in the future it is not a good idea to add new crabs to an established pair or group, in general (because lots of dynamics are disrupted that can cause aggression problems, etc.), and especially if any are down molting (because of cannibalism).
