Your guy is so little and cute! It looks like his opening is 3/4". If it were me, I'd get a couple shells with openings slightly smaller (5/8"), a couple the same size (3/4"), and a couple slightly bigger (7/8"), and also maybe a 1" for future growth. I also have those sizes in my Etsy shop, all except the 1" shell. You probably wouldn't need anything over 1" just yet.

I adopted a tiny crabby like yours a while back, but I don't think she made it. I never saw her after the first couple weeks. So I'm not used to looking at little crabbies lol!

No problem. I did click the link and it says it does not exist. I got mine from Petco...without knowing the problems with painted shells. So i'm trying to get more shells so my yellow crabby can leave it when it wants to. I saw some on CrabbyKatesCrabShack on etsy. How often do hermit crabs molt?

Also i'm wondering for cleaning wise for the tank how can I clean it if needed
