Help identifying these bugs?

Help identifying these bugs?

Let me know if you can't see the video.

I noticed these a few months ago, did some research, and found out they were probably harmless. Now I *think* I'm finding them around my house, and just wanted to be absolutely sure before I call an exterminator. Does anybody know what these are? Are they harmful to me or my crabs? Thank you for your help!

The little white ones look like springtails, however the larger ones look like booklice. However, it's a little hard to make out as the video quality is kind of hazy.
