What Are These? (Bugs)

Found in the food dish crawling around (left in the picture), can someone identify these? I haven't seen them on the crabs, but they don't look like any other bugs I am aware of.

I have no clue, but they look rather large. For context/scale, how big is the dish in the picture?
3 PPs: Maxwell (small), Mitchelle (medium/small), Kendall (medium/large)
also have 10gal freshwater fishtank w/ neon tetras, pygmy cories, and nerite snails

They are actually really small. For comparison, they are smaller than a newborn isopod
