Please help lots of tiny bugs- desperately need help

:( Please help what type of bug are these? I seen them last night unfortunately i couldn't scoop them out as it was middle of the night and the tank is in my daughters room. Today I scooped out the area and didn't see any but I know they have to be in the substrate somewhere. Also just checked and nothing but again i think they probably burrowed in the substrate since it is so many no way they would all be gone already. We only feed dry mixes but they have upset their bowl there several times and to be honest I slacked and didn't clean it immediately as I figured If it was just dry food wouldn't hurt. Also looks like a little bit of mold was growing around the area it was like a white fluffy/hazey look

I did put Vaseline around the ledge of the tank hopefully to stop any if they could escape.

I attached a video in the link below. I hope I did that right.

I can't tell what kinds of bugs they are but my gut reaction is to deep clean and change out the substrate.

They're really hard to identify from the video. Have you checked this out yet?

Those are food mites swarming something edible. They'll disperse during the day to where they can be unnoticeable. Most people don't realize they're in the tank until they come together for something yummy. (Banana is the magic food in my tanks!) They are completely harmless, just disturbing to see. You can wait until they gather like this and scoop out the mass to thin numbers, but it's pretty much impossible to ever be truly rid of them because they're already present in our environment - the tank is just like nirvana to them because of the heat and humidity.
