But you're not local. At least not to me.GotButterflies wrote: ↑Mon Sep 09, 2019 1:32 pmI would totally be game for that!!! I love doing that!![]()
I know. I'm sorry. I wish that I was!
Your crabitats are absolutely beautiful. I would love to have a room like that. I’ve been changing my 55gallon around a lot lately trying to get it just the way I want it and my boyfriend said that I’m probably disturbing my crabs (I have 7 small). Is that true or is it ok to change it around until I have it “just right”?GotButterflies wrote: Thank you! This is kind of an old thread. I change their crabitats regularly.I just never move the locations of their pools.
Edit: Wow, I just looked~ it was from over a year ago! I’ll look to see if I have more recent pics, and then I’ll take pics in the next couple of days

If your crabs are up you are fine. If they are down, you don’t want to pull anything up out of the sand because that could collapse tunnels and molting caves. You also wouldn’t want to push anything into the sand for the same reasons.Sillymel wrote: Your crabitats are absolutely beautiful. I would love to have a room like that. Yes. I love my surface pools. Yes. They are doubled. I'm sorry that I'm just now seeing this question.Hermiesguardian wrote: ↑Sun Oct 13, 2019 10:37 amAre you happy with your surface pools? Are they doubled? I'll be upgrading from a 40 breeder to a 75gal and want to do surface pools.
So with all these tanks, do you have enough room for you? LOL!! I love your setups! I won't show my crabs how nice they are though cuz they'd be totally jealous!GotButterflies wrote:I figured I'd post some updated pictures.
My 100 gallon tank with a 67 gallon exo terra topper. This crabitat houses my Ecuadorians.
My 75 gallon tank with a 100 gallon exo terra topper. This crabitat houses PPs, Straws, a Ruggie and a Brevi.
My 75 gallon with a 50 gallon exo terra topper. This crabitat houses PPs.
My 65 gallon. This crabitat houses the babies that I raised in 2022.

I have a pet room too. My crabs, tortoise, and fish are in there, but I usually just call it the crabby room lol.
