New hermit crab not moving, pls help!
Last week I purchased a small hermit crab. Since then I never noticed him being very active but I thought it was normal due to him getting used to a new environment. For the past two day he has not moved places and has remained in its shell. I picked him up and noticed no movement but he hasn’t lost color. What do I do? Is he dead? I don’t think it has anything to do with the environment because I have two more hermit crabs that are extremely active.

All you can really do is to provide everything the crab needs for food, water, and proper conditions....and wait to see what happens. If you believe he is weak, consider isolating him from your other crabs (this can be done within the main tank). Try feeding higher energy foods like peanut butter and honey.
