Lego climbing structures
I have lots of unused legos in my basement, and just thought to give my hermies some hideouts and climbing blocks to play with, but found some sites saying they were unsafe and some saying they were perfectly fine, should i keep it safe and not use legos?

Re: Lego climbing structures
While not sold as aquarium/animal safe, there is a long internet history of Legos being used this way without issues. I remember from previous threads here that the crabs can pull them apart easily, so it should be more for fun than for something important.

As a lego enthusiast, it's hard for me to think of perfectly good legos being used in a hermit crab tank. I'm very tempted to ask if you would be willing to give them away/sell them.Altaccforhermitsssss wrote: ↑Thu Oct 17, 2024 1:43 pmI have lots of unused legos in my basement, and just thought to give my hermies some hideouts and climbing blocks to play with, but found some sites saying they were unsafe and some saying they were perfectly fine, should i keep it safe and not use legos?

No problem, I was only half serious. My mom probably wouldn't want me to either.
