I just noticed that all 6 crabs I have left in my main tank are molting
they left windows along the edge of the tank and I can see them
they all dug down 2 days ago excepting the one that recently died and while changeing food and water today I peeked at the windows they left and all of them are pink and soft looking.
Do I leave them in there or do I seperate them to my many iso's?
are they a danger to one another or is it safe because they are all to weak to pick on one another.
also my E crabs keep comeing out of their shells to molt , is that normal?
I am behaveing and leaveing them all alone and watching humidity and temp which is at 85% and 85 degrees and change fresh food every 6 hrs very quick like.
and how long will it take my huge softball sized indo to finish his molt and harden up?
oh yeah and what you feed the crabs before they molt can effect the color they turn is that true?
6 crabs down to molt at same time

Do not dig them up now since they are all molted...they should all be OK!
I have not had an E molt so I am not sure on that but I would say they should not leave the shell. Larger crabs can take 3+ months to molt so patience is a must, and I do believe the food you feed effects the outcome but someone else may know more about that than I do.
Good luck!!!
