We use it and the crabbies will enter the bowl with the salt mixed with water.

i heard that you have to put 1 1/2 teaspoons instead of 1 teaspoon. I use it too.

I'm the one that tested it, and yes, you do need to mix it 1 1/2 teaspoons per cup, not 1 teaspoon like the package says. HOWEVER, another crabkeeper analyzed the ingredients, and found that it is scarcely more than repackaged table salt. Some people have been using it for a while with no bad effects, but I would switch to an aquarium salt if possible. Aquarium salts are usually cheaper, too.
