Pasta

Sorry if this question was asked previously, but can the hermies have unsalted, unbuttered pasta or egg noodles? I don't see pasta or noodles on the safe or unsafe food lists and not sure if anyone has asked this question before.

They sure can. I give mine egg noodles, and the big shells. Pinky actually crawls inside the shell, while others eat it from the outside, but I imagine pinky's eating it too

Sure pasta is fine! I give mine spaghetti noodles and I always see at lease one drag off an entire noodle lol!!

Whole wheat pasta would be a really healthy choice for them. I think I'm going to try that...
