Wow! Thank you for that. That was really interesting, and is defantly a tool to use when talking to people about commercial foods and toxicity to our hermies. :idea:

Makes me glad I feed all fresh and organic. I know their not LHCs on the list, but it still sure adds weight to the reasoning for not going commerical.

Copper sulfate is still a popular substance used in "organic farming." If you feed your cat organic catfood, see if it's in the ingredients.

I would imagine that it'd be almost the same for land hermit crabs. :(

EDIT: Fiddlers are also listed there. It is slightly toxic and moderately toxic for them.
