A good sign for Strawzilla?

Over a week ago Strawzilla(my jumbo straw) molted and he's been doing very well, has eaten most of his exo and some organic apple I placed in his deep pit underground(was covered with a large waterdish).
Anyway, he was losing colour with every molt until he became a light orange colour, but now he's light orange with strawberry red blotches/spots over his exo. So it looks like he's starting to regain colour.
I was hoping that he would turn out completely red, but does this sound like an improvement?

Oh, congrats, Troppo! I'm glad this molt was successful. But I do so hope that he stops molting quite so quickly for you. Maybe if he holds off a little longer, he might build up even more colour in the next molt.
