You can try increasing the carotenes you feed. But, if your other crabs aren't losing color, then I would doubt the problem is diet.

I wouldn't ISO her, because her behavior seems to be normal. I'm not sure why she would have lost color after her 3rd molt with you. I truly believe, though, that sometimes they just have bad molts.....It doesn't always have to be a deformity to make it a bad molt....sometimes it could be color, or even personality.
