Why is it inefficient? :?

I've read that it's because there is not enough salt in it but that is what I have and I need to use it up (but after I do I will not get it any more) and so far it doesn't seem like it's doing any harm...

It only has 1/5 of the proper amount of salt. If you do want to use it, mix 5 teaspoons per cup of water. But it does have a lot of artificial colors and other weird ingredients, plus it's expensive, so I really recommend getting a good marine salt, such as Oceanic.
