Last night's dinner:
Appetizer: grapes
Main course: fresh greens salad: green beans, cilantro, carrots, celery, extra virgin olive oil
Dessert: grated almond, apple juice, honey. Mmmmm! My large-medium crab, Harry, absolutely loved this one.

Green eggs: 1 egg (shell and all) dropped into a food processor with 1/4 t. spirulina powder and well blended. I also added one coconut cube (frozen pureed coconut and coconut milk) and cooked it all up in coconut oil. This is a crab favorite.

This isn’t everyday fare, but I got some new crabs so wanted to serve something with a range of nutrients.

Stuffed shrimp: 1 steamed shrimp, cut in half. The stuffing is a mixture of coconut, carrot, mango (I freeze those puréed into cubes and thaw as needed) and oats cooked in coconut milk and coconut oil. On the side, you have some lettuce, green bell pepper, red bell pepper and coconut. I also threw in some Happy Hermit staple food.

Check out the archives sections at the bottom of the site. There are tons of good topic in there! Moderators spend a lot of time doing the tedious chore of archiving :homework: so the viewers here can read old topics. They are really great to read! :D

These threads are archived when they get to about 5 pages. It keeps the thread fresh and means someone can get some ideas without having to dig through a zillion pages of stuff. You can always find the old ones at the top of the archives, if you are inclined.

Tonight’s menu: Chicken, tofu, brown rice and coconut cooked in olive oil. Fresh flower and overripe strawberries on the side.
