Piece of potato with a large shrimp and scrambled eggs with eggshells. And honey and cuttlebone in another shell.

They can have that? Cool! My mom always cooks with salt so my crabs don't have many leftover options...

I always ask my mom (or grandma, whoever's cooking) to cut off a piece for the hermies before they cook it, then cook them together. (meaning they'll cut off a piece, season the rest of it, then cook the unseasoned and seasoned meat at the same time, but keeps them separate so the seasoning doesn't go onto the unseasoned meat).

My hermies' favorite snack appears to be the coconut popcorn from the Happy Hermit Crab.... I only find hulls left.
Their favorite protein - river shrimp and snails (JurassiPet).
Since my tank is at the office it is a bit difficult to cook for them and people tend to object to anything very stinky. (no fish heads!)
People tend to freak when they find a can o'crickets in the fridge, too. I guess I need one of those tiny fridges that I can leave set up in my office.

I was about to try that, but I was afraid it would stink up the whole house...
