my crabs used to do that. i used to spend about 15minutes and "bond" with them. after about a month:roll: if i put my hand in the tank while they were eating they would just mind their business.no going into the log, no zipping into there shells. none of that.

I haven't tried hand feeding yet. Maybe that would help all my shy babies.
