Blueberry Cruffin
Mix oats with egg, fresh blueberries, and honey. Cook in microwave till done. Break into pieces and serve. (I freeze the rest as little chunks last a week or so.)

Tonight's Dish:
Hibiscus Chicken with Cherry and Coconut Salad, Topped Off with Flax Seed Powder and Cuttlebone Powder
The Hibiscus Chicken is prepared by boiling water and adding chicken and dehydrated hibiscus flowers. When the chicken is finished, it gets put into the dish, topped off with cherry juice and a few of the rehydrated flowers.
Yum!

I was gonna post something similar. I'm learning that the crabs love it when I mix fruit with the eggs when I cook them in the microwave. They usually don't eat much of the egg, but when you add blueberry or mango, they're all over it. I think the warm egg spreads the smell of the fruit around the tank.
